At Faithfully Fitted, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure fairness for all customers.
Returns Are Only Accepted For:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
Important Terms:
No returns will be accepted for any other reason. This includes change of mind, sizing issues, or style preferences. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. You must arrange and pay for return shipping through your preferred carrier.
How to Initiate a Return
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Description of the issue
We will review your request and provide return authorization if approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
